James Carter "Jimmie" Walker (born June 25, 1947) is an American actor and stand-up comedian known for portraying J. J. Evans on the television series Good Times, which ran from 1974 to 1979. While on the show, his character was known for the catch phrase "Kid-a-Dy-no-mite".
The lovable Jimmie Walker has always been a familiar face on television. Though he didn't experience baldness as a cast member on his television show Good Times, he experienced it later on in life. During Good Times, he could always been seen wearing his trademark hat. Many people out there believe that due to his constant hat wearing, he went bald.
